Animal photographs remain under their original Creative Commons or public-domain licenses, and their credits are listed on the Credits page. You may freely share your daily result. Do not disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it unlawfully. The site is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes without warranty.
